Decision confidence

How much of your direction is backed by evidence?

Jaspen separates what is evidenced from what is assumed, shows where you are exposed, and names the assumptions that could change the answer, before you commit.

Not sure where to begin? Try an example decision.

Why Jaspen

A well-presented case can look stronger than the evidence behind it.

Working with you and an idea.

Work with Jaspen

This is Jaspen.

Jaspen reads what you bring, grades the evidence behind every criterion, and shows how much of your direction the evidence actually supports.

The difference

What changes when you use Jaspen.

Without Jaspen
With Jaspen
What the numbers mean
Assumed figures and evidenced figures look identical on the page
Every input carries its evidence grade, so you can tell them apart
Where confidence comes from
From how well the case is argued
From what the evidence supports. Thin support cannot contribute as if it were strong
What you know before committing
That the plan looks strong
How much of it is evidenced, how much is assumed, and where that leaves you exposed
When someone asks why
The answer is seniority, momentum, or whoever built the deck
The answer is the criteria, the weights, the evidence behind each, and the math
Six months later
The reasoning lives in one person's memory
The record holds what you decided, what you assumed, and what actually happened

Free decision-style assessment

What kind of decision‑maker are you?

Everyone has a natural way of making the big calls. Answer seven quick questions and uncover yours: the strengths it gives you, the blind spots to watch, and how to make decisions you can defend. No score. No grade. Just a sharper picture of you.

  • 7 quick questions
  • About 2 minutes
  • No sign‑up to start

Takes about two minutes. See your result instantly.

Why not just ChatGPT?

Built to resist AI hallucinations—not hide them.

A raw AI chat can sound confident even when an answer is unsupported. Jaspen keeps the reasoning inspectable: code does the scoring math, evidence is graded, assumptions are labeled, and your context grounds the analysis.

Jaspen Is...

User-owned

Jaspen proposes; you own the criteria, weights, and decision.

Evidence-capped

Confidence cannot outrun the evidence, and assumptions stay visible.

Decomposed

Every score opens into evidence, weights, confidence, and reasoning.

Your criteria

The rubric is yours.

Jaspen never decides what matters. It offers a starting point, then you shape it into the criteria and weights that fit this decision.

Jaspen proposes

A sensible starter rubric, tuned to your objective.

You adjust

Reweight, rename, or replace the criteria. Up to twelve.

It stays yours

Data informs the scores. It never picks what matters.

Jaspen proposes. It never imposes.

The FLOW Method™

One flow. Full context.
Zero handoffs.

The four categories Jaspen works through with you: Frame, Limits, Opportunities, Weigh. Every step builds on the last.

Frame

Where are we going?
What does success look like?

Limits

What's in the way?
What are we working around?

Opportunities

What's already working?
Where's the momentum?

Weigh

What are the options?
What are the tradeoffs?

How the score works

Every number tells you how much of it is evidence.

A Jaspen score is never a single opaque figure. It is assembled from parts you can inspect: what the evidence says, how much each factor matters to you, and how sure the evidence actually is.

Financial viability was judged 80, but there is no data behind it yet, so its confidence is Assumed and it is capped at 45. A stronger pitch cannot raise it. Only stronger evidence can.

Frequently Asked Questions

Jaspen is a decision confidence system. Bring a decision, a set of options, or a plan you are preparing to commit to. Jaspen separates evidenced inputs from assumed ones, tells you how much of the decision rests on each, identifies which assumptions could change the recommendation, and shows what evidence would resolve them.

The record of what you decided, and what happened afterwards, stays yours.

General AI will tell you your plan is strong. It will not tell you what your plan is resting on, because it has no way to grade the evidence behind an input. Assumed numbers and evidenced numbers look identical to it.

Jaspen grades every input, caps what thin evidence can contribute, computes the score in code rather than writing it, and shows the breakdown. Same inputs, same answer, every time.

Credits are how Thinking Power usage is measured. Every plan includes a monthly allowance: Free 300 supports ~1 focused evaluation with complete inputs; Starter 1,000 supports ~3–4 typical project evaluations; Essential 7,000 supports ~17–29 typical project evaluations; Team 29,000 shared supports ~57–96 typical evaluations across the shared allowance; and Business 80,000 shared supports ~133–222 typical evaluations across the shared allowance.

These ranges are approximate, not guaranteed. Actual usage varies based on model selection, input completeness, attachments, analysis depth, revisions, and follow-up. You can top up any time.

No. Jaspen gives you the full methodology and an honest score with no connectors at all.

Connecting data does not unlock the product. It only raises confidence on the dimensions that data supports. You are never blocked from a decision for lack of a connector.

No. Free is a real plan with 300 credits every month, not a countdown. That supports ~1 focused evaluation with complete inputs; it is not a promise of a complete typical or heavy evaluation.

All three are available on every plan. Pluto is fastest and burns the fewest credits. Orbit reasons more deeply at a moderate burn. Titan goes deepest and burns the most.

Start on Pluto and move up when a decision needs more depth.

No, and it is designed not to. Jaspen prepares the decision, meaning the evidence, the trade-offs, and a recommendation you can inspect. You make the call.

It will also tell you honestly when an option is weak instead of talking you into it.

People who own hard, cross-functional calls and have to defend them: operators, strategy and transformation leads, project managers, founders, and consultants.

The same method works for an individual choice or a boardroom portfolio without changing how it thinks.

Team supports a small collaborative group. Business is a self-service plan for one workspace with five included seats and no more than 10 total users. Enterprise is for multi-team deployments or organizations that need advanced administration, integrations, security review, procurement, or negotiated support.

Company size alone does not require Enterprise. A small team inside a large company can still use Business when its needs fit.

Yes. Business includes five seats, and the organization owner can purchase up to five additional Business Seats from the Seats section of the billing account menu. Business supports a maximum of 10 total users; contact Sales if you need more.

Enterprise uses a custom annual agreement based on deployment size, teams, usage, administration, integrations, security, support, and contractual scope. The calculator provides an indicative planning range, not a final quote.

It converts the indicative annual investment into minutes of leadership time per participant using the hourly-cost assumption you provide or accept. It is a way to understand scale, not a prediction of savings, time saved, ROI, or business outcomes.

Complete the Enterprise Investment Calculator and submit the optional contact form after viewing your result. Your estimate and deployment context will be routed securely to [email protected] without subscribing you to marketing emails.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings.
